This half day wine tour will take you to the vineyards around Belgium’s capital, Brussels, about an hour drive. You will visit some of the great wineries around Brussels. This could be in the southern part (Wallonia) or eastern part (up to Leuven – Hagelanden, a dynamic promising area). Both wine area’s are known for wineries with zilver or gold medal awarded wines from the Flemisch Sommelier Association.

First, you will be picked-up from your hotel (private tours only) in Brussels and driven to the first winery.

This first winery produces a set of different style of wines from different grape variaties which are well adapted to the climate persisting in Belgium. Here you will taste some of their still and sparkling wines.

Then your half day wine tour continues to the second winery.

The second winery offers you a broad range of wines produced on a different terroir as the first winery. Thus, you will be able, through the wine tasting and wines that you will tasting, see some of the differences. The winemaker will explain you in short what the relation is between both, the wine you are then tasting and the terroir.

At the end of this beautiful wine tour, you will be driven back to your hotel in Brussels.
